Welcome to our team! We're excited to give you a brief overview of the essence of our diverse and close-knit HRM team.
The HRM department aims for an optimal 'Employee Journey' for all AAE colleagues. Here, workplace happiness is a priority. This journey begins with labor market communication, where, in collaboration with the Marketing department, we paint a realistic picture of AAE and the role/function.
During the recruitment process, we assess whether you fit into our company culture and can contribute to achieving our objectives. The trial day is a crucial and highly valued component of this process.
After joining, the onboarding period begins, marking the real excitement. During this phase, we guide the new employee, together with their supervisor and teammates, providing an introduction to AAE tailored to fit both the individual and the company.
Furthermore, we strive to work from engaging positions with clear objectives, celebrate successes, and foster a pleasant working atmosphere within the department. We support colleagues who have temporarily been absent during their reintegration and assist colleagues in defining and achieving their learning goals. Additionally, we ensure that by the end of the year, all colleagues have had their performance appraisal conversation with the corresponding salary statement.

- Maaike van Herpt, Steffie Zwinkels and Renee Zuidam together form a team of HR Business Partners.
- Fleur de Hooge is responsible for our numerous HRM systems and HR analytics.
- Annie van Deurzen keeps everyone at AAE happy by taking care of the payroll.
- Emma Wallerbos keeps our department running smoothly. She supports the HR Business Partners in administrative processes.
- Norbert Haans has the honor of managing this formidable team.
